Return Policy
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the product in saleable condition within 30 days of the shipment date. Send returns to: Maine State Bar Association, P O Box 788, Augusta, ME 04332-0788.
Attn: CLE Deptartment, with a note of who is returning it and why.
We will refund the full purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges and any discounts. You may also exchange the product. If you have any questions please call the CLE staff at the number provided above.

Orders within the U.S. will be shipped by the total amount of your order (see calculations below) buy UPS. Express service and international deliveries are available for an additional charge. Call the Order Desk for more information. Allow two weeks for normal deliveries.

In order to receive credit you must forward the Self-Study Completion Form that came with your order to the Board of Overseers.
NOTE: The Maine State Bar Association has elected not to assign credits for the reading of CLE materials or Data CD's alone. You may, however seek self-study credit for the purchase of CLE materials when reporting to the Board of Overseers. You must put down how many hours you devoted studying the book and forward the Completion Form to the Board of Overseers.
